Croeso nôl Charly!

Mae'n ymddangos fel ddoe pan ddechreuodd Charly ei absenoldeb mamolaeth a throsglwyddo'r baton Rheolwr Cymunedol i mi, a nawr 11 mis yn ddiweddarach, mae'n bryd ei roi yn ôl.

Rwy'n falch iawn o gyhoeddi bod Charly yn dychwelyd o absenoldeb mamolaeth a bydd yn ailddechrau ei rôl fel Rheolwr Cymunedol. Chwaraeodd Charly ran allweddol wrth sefydlu'r gymuned cyn camu'n ôl i gael babi Daphne yr haf diwethaf. Nid oes gennyf unrhyw amheuaeth y bydd mewnwelediadau ac arweinyddiaeth Charly yn parhau i yrru llwyddiant y gymuned RI. Ymunwch â mi i groesawu Charly yn ôl a'i chefnogi wrth iddi drosglwyddo yn ôl i'w rôl.

Camau nesaf

Ar ôl seibiant byr ym mis Gorffennaf, bydd Charly yn cymryd yr awenau fel Rheolwr Cymunedol ar 1 Awst a bydd yn eich pwynt cyswllt yn y dyfodol. Mae Charly eisoes wedi dechrau gwirio gydag aelodau yn y cyfarfodydd ar-lein ym mis Mehefin i ddweud helo ac ailgyflwyno ei hun i'r gymuned.

Diolch yn fawr iawn

Rwyf am ddweud diolch yn fawr am eich holl gyfraniadau, mewnwelediadau a thrafodaethau, ac am wneud y gymuned RI yn llwyddiant parhaus. Mae wedi bod yn fraint cwrdd a gweithio gyda phob un ohonoch chi, a chlywed am eich holl waith gwych. Mae'r rôl RI yn un o'r rhai mwyaf heriol allan yna, ac rwy'n tynnu fy het bant i chi gyd am eich proffesiynoldeb, ymroddiad, ac ymrwymiad.

Welcome back Charly!

It only seems like yesterday when Charly started her maternity leave and handed over the Community Manager baton to me, and now 11 months later, it’s time to hand it back.

I am delighted to announce that Charly is returning from maternity leave and will be resuming her role as Community Manager. Charly played an instrumental role in setting up the community before stepping back to have baby Daphne last summer. I have no doubt Charly’s insights and leadership will continue to drive the success of the RI community. Please join me in welcoming Charly back and supporting her as she transitions back into her role.

Next steps

Following a short break in July, Charly will be taking over as Community Manager on 1st August and will be your point of contact going forward. Charly has already started checking in with members at June’s online gatherings to say hello and reintroduce herself to the community.

A big diolch yn fawr

I want to say a big diolch yn fawr for all your contributions, insights, and discussions, and for making the RI community a continued success. It has been a privilege to meet and work with every one of you, and to hear about all your great work. The RI role is one of the most challenging out there, and I take my hat off to you all for your professionalism, dedication, and commitment.
