Evidence Community
Started - April 2022

Welcome!

This is a space to connect with people who have a shared passion and interest in research and evidence . We want to explore, share, collaborate and learn from each other to make a difference to day to day practice. The community platform is shaped by you, so please share your reflections, ideas and resources, or ask us to do so.

The Evidence Community is for practitioners, researchers, people with lived experience and those who have a shared passion and interest in social care research and evidence to connect and collaborate together in one safe space.

In this space you'll:

  • find news, events and resources

  • share good practice and float ideas or challenges

  • build relationships and find ways to collaborate

  • get access to research support and share research

Have a look and join in with discussions about topics relevant to social care in Wales right now. This space can help identify common themes and enables members to have conversations with different practitioners and researchers interested in research and evidence in social care.

Whether you want to read or write your own blog post, the blog creates a space for reflection and insight into social care practitioners and researchers work across Wales and beyond.

Here you can search for other community members or explore and create new connections with practitioners and researchers, who are also interested in research and evidence.

Groups within the evidence community will allow for more detailed conversations between individuals on a specific topic, approach or idea. Please get in touch with one of the team if you are interested in creating your own group.

Keep up to date with the latest social care research and evidence related events across the UK, as well as in-house events co-designed by members from the evidence community.

We would love to hear your feedback about the community, let us know your thoughts here
