Sesiwn gwybodaeth ar gyfer cyflogwyr a rheolwyr: ‘Fframwaith sefydlu Cymru gyfan ar gyfer rheolwyr gofal cymdeithasol’ (AWIF) a chymwysterau Lefel 4 a Lefel 5 Iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol

Mae’r sesiwn hon yn gyfle i reolwyr a chyflogwyr ddysgu mwy am:

• y Fframwaith sefydlu Cymru gyfan ar gyfer rheolwyr gofal cymdeithasol
• Lefel 4 paratoi ar gyfer arwain a rheoli ym maes iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol
• Lefel 4 ymarfer proffesiynol mewn iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol
• Lefel 5 arwain a rheoli iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol: ymarfer

Bydd mynychwyr hefyd yn dysgu sut i ddarparu cymorth i weithwyr wrth iddynt gyflawni eu cymwysterau.

Mae’r sesiwn hon ar gyfer cyflogwyr a rheolwyr gwasanaethau gofal cymdeithasol a phobl sy’n darparu cymorth i weithwyr wrth iddynt gyflawni eu cymwysterau.

Cynnwys y sesiwn

Yn y sesiwn hon, byddwn yn:

• esbonio beth yw’r cymwysterau, pwy maen nhw ar gyfer, beth maen nhw’n cynnwys a sut maent yn cael eu hasesu
• esbonio beth yw’r AWIF, pwy ddylai ei gyflawni, beth mae’n cynnwys a’r adnoddau sydd ar gael
• edrych ar sut mae’r AWIF yn cysylltu â’r cymwysterau eraill, a sut i’w ddefnyddio i gynorthwyo cofrestru rheolwyr gyda Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru
• archwilio ‘llwybrau hyblyg’ gwahanol sydd ar gael i bobl gofrestru fel rheolwr
• Hoffwn hefyd glywed am eich profiadau chi o gyrchu a chyflawni’r AWIF a chymwysterau eraill.

Information session for employers and managers: the ‘All Wales induction framework for social care managers’ (AWIF) and Level 4 and Level 5 Health and social care qualifications

This information session is an opportunity for managers and employers to learn more about:

• the All Wales Induction Framework for social care managers
• Level 4 preparing for leadership and management in health and social care
• Level 4 professional practice health and social care
• Level 5 leadership and management of health and social care: practice.

Attendees will also learn how to support workers as they achieve their qualifications.

Who this event is for

The information session is for employers and managers of social care services and people who have a role in supporting workers to gain their qualifications.

What we’ll cover

In this session, we’ll:

• explain what the qualifications are, who they’re for, what’s covered and how they’re assessed
• explain what the AWIF is, who should complete it, what’s covered and the resources available
• look at how the AWIF links to the other qualifications, and how they can be used to support manager registration with Social Care Wales
• explore other ‘flexible routes’ that people can use to register as a manager
• We’d also like to hear your experiences of accessing and completing the AWIF and other qualifications.
