We’re running a session to help you understand how neurodiversity might affect your staff, and how you can help your team to thrive in work and improve well-being.

This interactive session is hosted by someone who is neurodiverse and has worked in the helping profession for over 25 years.

What we’ll cover

In this session, you’ll:

  • get a brief overview of ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia
  • learn about the strengths of these conditions and possible barriers to success at work
  • get to discuss the topic with other professionals in your field
  • find out the next steps you could take to support neurodiverse people in your workforce.

Who this session is for

This session is for managers and team leaders working in adult and child social care settings, including:

  • residential settings (adults and children)
  • domiciliary care
  • early years, childcare and play.
