The Place-Based Care Community connects people who have a shared passion and interest in how localised, place-based support can make a positive difference in people’s lives.

In our community, members learn together, get opportunities to share their successes and challenges and build relationships. We know that alongside work and other responsibilities, there is often little headspace and time left to learn and make new connections.

Our community’s goal is to provide practical support that makes a positive difference to you.

Our next Coffee and Connect is the 7th of May

You’ve said that meeting like-minded people was invaluable and made you feel inspired, so we want to make sure there are more opportunities to do so!

Coffee and Connect is an informal session once a month on a Wednesday morning. The purpose is to meet people in a semi-structured way but still have lots of flexibility. So, if you have a busy schedule, you can work around that.

Mae ein Coffi a Cyswllt nesaf ar y 7fed o Fai

Rydych chi wedi dweud bod cyfarfod â phobl o’r un anian yn amhrisiadwy ac wedi gwneud i chi deimlo’n ysbrydoledig, felly rydyn ni eisiau gwneud yn siŵr bod mwy o gyfleoedd i wneud hynny!

Mae Coffi a Cyswllt yn sesiwn anffurfiol unwaith y mis ar fore Mercher. Y pwrpas yw cwrdd â phobl mewn ffordd lled-strwythuredig ond yn dal i fod â llawer o hyblygrwydd. Felly, os oes gennych amserlen brysur, gallwch weithio o gwmpas hynny.

The Community’s In the loop series is an opportunity to engage with recent and interesting topics related to place-based care in a quick and interactive way.

I’ve designed these sessions after hearing that some of you would value short, snappy opportunities to engage with topics and content you might not get a chance to engage with otherwise.
